The plans differ in store complexity, number of products, level of customisation, and post-launch support duration. Starter is ideal for a clean, quick launch. Growth adds custom design and deeper integrations. Scale is for businesses with large catalogues, complex workflows, or a need for a fully bespoke build.
No — we can set one up for you as part of the onboarding process. If you already have an account, we'll work directly within it. Note that your Shopify subscription fee is billed separately by Shopify and is not included in our development fee.
Starter stores typically take 1–2 weeks. Growth plans take 2–3 weeks. Scale builds are scoped individually but usually 3–5 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly you can provide content, feedback, and approvals — we'll align on this at kickoff.
Yes. If your requirements grow beyond your initial plan, we can scope an upgrade at any point. Any work already completed counts toward the new scope — you only pay the difference.
We'll need your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), product images and descriptions, and any reference sites or design inspiration. We send a detailed onboarding checklist once you confirm your plan — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Absolutely. Mobile responsiveness is a baseline requirement for every plan — not an add-on. All stores are tested across devices and screen sizes before launch.
Yes. We work with a wide range of Shopify apps — Klaviyo and Mailchimp for email, ReCharge for subscriptions, Yotpo for reviews, WhatsApp integrations, and more. The number of integrations included varies by plan. Additional integrations can always be scoped separately.
