Automation that follows the rules and actually helps.
Meta no longer allows open-ended AI chatbots on WhatsApp. What works now are agents built around specific jobs, with a clear start, a defined path and a clean ending. That is how we have always built them, because it is also what makes them reliable for your customers.
What a WhatsApp build covers. Nothing you don't.
Scoped to the conversations your business actually has. A typical project includes:
Scoped to your conversations, priced upfront.
Every business talks to customers differently, so we start by mapping your highest-volume conversations and quote a fixed price for the flows that will save the most time. WhatsApp's own per-message charges are billed by Meta separately.
Map your WhatsApp flowsStart with the busiest conversation.
We look at what customers actually ask you on WhatsApp and pick the high-volume, predictable jobs worth automating first.
Each flow gets a clear entry point, conversation paths, validation and an ending - plus the exact moment it hands off to a person.
API setup, template approval, the agent itself and the integrations with your CRM, store or booking tool.
We watch real conversations after launch, fix what confuses people, and add the next flow once the first one is proving its value.

Let's build something worth shipping.
Most projects start with a 30-minute call. No pitch deck - just your problem and whether we can help.

Are AI chatbots still allowed on WhatsApp?
Open-ended, general-purpose AI chatbots are no longer allowed. Task-specific agents - for support, shopping help, bookings and similar defined jobs - are permitted, and that is what we build.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API, or is the WhatsApp Business app enough?
The free app is fine for manual replies. Automation, multiple team members, integrations and approved message templates need the WhatsApp Business Platform (API), which we set up for you.
What does WhatsApp charge?
Meta charges per conversation or message type, and rates vary by country and category. Those charges are billed by Meta or your WhatsApp provider, separately from our build fee. We explain the expected costs during scoping.
Can it connect to my CRM or store?
Yes. We regularly connect WhatsApp flows to CRMs, Shopify and other stores, booking tools, Google Sheets and custom backends, so data lands where your team already works.
Can customers still talk to a real person?
Always. Every flow includes a hand-off to your team, triggered by the customer or by the agent when a question is outside what it is built for.
Which languages can it handle?
Flows can be written in English, Hindi and other languages your customers use, and AI-assisted replies can respond in the customer's language where that fits the flow.
